1. Delivery Coverage

We offer Pan-India delivery across all major cities, towns, and serviceable PIN codes. You can check delivery availability by entering your PIN code on the product page.

2. Shipping Timelines

In-stock products are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days. Customised or made-to-order home furnishing items require 10–15 business days for processing, with an additional 3–5 business days for delivery. Metro cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata typically receive faster delivery within 2–4 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, festive seasons, or unforeseen logistics delays. In case of any delay, our team will keep you informed.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000. Orders below this amount may incur a shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout. Additional charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access locations.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS with your tracking details and courier partner information. You can track your order anytime through the “My Orders” section on our website or via the courier partner’s tracking system.

5. Installation Support

Most home furnishing products do not require installation. However, for select items (if applicable), basic setup guidance will be provided.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. Please ensure availability at the delivery address. If all attempts fail, the product may be returned to our warehouse, and re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Risk of Loss

Ownership and responsibility for the product pass to you upon successful delivery. Please inspect the package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately before accepting the order.
