Refund & Return Policy — SUKI International Private Limited
At SUKI, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a simple and customer-friendly return and refund policy in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-Day Easy Return policy. You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
Your return request will be accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging. The product must have a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or be different from what was described. All original tags, accessories, and documents must be intact. Proof such as unboxing video or clear photos is required at the time of request.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, call us within 7 days of delivery and provide your Order ID, registered phone number, and reason for return along with supporting images or video. Our team will review your request within 48 business hours and confirm eligibility. Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged at no additional cost for eligible returns. After the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
4. Refund Timelines
Refunds are processed after successful inspection of the returned product. Payments made via card, UPI, or net banking are refunded within 5–7 business days. Store credits are issued within 2–3 business days. In case of bank transfer, it may take 7–10 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for custom-made or made-to-order home furnishing products, used items, products returned without original packaging, clearance sale items marked non-returnable, and opened soft furnishing products (such as cushions, bedding, or fabrics) due to hygiene reasons, unless they are damaged or defective.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges (subject to stock availability) for size, color, or variation changes within the 7-day return window under the same conditions.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, the standard return process will apply.
